As each piece is individually handcrafted there may be slight variations in size, colour or appearance between the item pictured on the website and the item received. Orders usually take a minimum of 3 weeks for delivery subject to seasonal demands and quantities. Please contact me for more urgent orders as some items maybe available from stock. Postage and packing is charged from £4.99. If you are at all dissatisfied with your purchase a refund or exchange will be offered upon the safe return of the goods (at customers expense). Please note I cannot offer a refund or exchange on pierced earrings. All goods remain the property of nancy rose jewellery until paid for in full. Cheques should be made payable to “N Shepherd”.
